I really enjoy playing PvP survival games, where you're free to explore, build and play whilst avoiding threats. I also like to bake cakes for birthdays and events.
What music do you like – any specific genre or artists?
I like to explore and listen to new genres, especially video game music and orchestral arrangements. I also enjoy lo-fi, as it's very relaxing.
What’s your favourite food?
Any dishes that are made with coconut or a fillet steak.
What TV show, film or boxset would you recommend to others?
I would recommend The White Lotus - each season has its own theme and explores moral dilemmas through its characters as they face new situations.
Do you have a favourite book and why?
I tend to read a lot of non-fictions, particularly science-based books. My favourite is The Telomere Effect: A Revolutionary Approach to Living Younger, Healthier, Longer, co-authored by Elizabeth Blackburn and Elissa Epel. It focuses on how stress, lifestyle, sleep and diet all influence cellular ageing.

I enjoy science podcasts because I can learn something new. I dip into a variety of subjects that catch my interest.
What smartphone App could you not live without?
I couldn’t live without YouTube because it's so useful for learning, news, music and tutorials.
