Trainee Costs Draftsperson

Based in Gosforth, Brooke is a confident communicator who values continuous personal growth. She graduated with a Law degree from Northumbria University in 2025 and is beginning her legal career with a strong enthusiasm for further learning and professional development. 

When she’s not at work, Brooke’s long-standing passion is horse riding. She has been taking lessons for 19 years, developing invaluable mentoring skills, which she used during her time with Camp America, where she taught children how to ride. 

What are your main interests or hobbies? 

When I’m not out horse riding or hanging out with my friends, I enjoying reading a book in a coffee shop.

What music do you like – any specific genre or artists?  

I love all sorts of music and don’t just have one favourite, although Stevie Nicks is getting a lot of play time on my Spotify at the moment! 

What’s your favourite food?  

I do love a good Arrabiata pasta, a classic Italian dish with a fiery tomato sauce. 

Do you have a favourite book and why?  

My parents read a lot so I have always had a book in my hand and I love the Romantasy genre, a cross between romance and fantasy. My favourite book is AnaThema by Keri Lake, a dark gothic fantasy romance that follows an orphan who is banished from her village and her battle to stay alive. 

What TV show, film or boxset would you recommend to others?  

I’m massively into horrors and my favourite horror is The Boogeyman from 2023. TV wise, I really enjoy Welcome to Derry - another horror. 

Do you have a favourite holiday destination or place you’d love to visit? 

I love Greece and my favourite island is Crete. But if I could go anywhere, I’d like to visit Thailand to sample their culture and do some exploring. 

What smartphone App could you not live without? 

Spotify – I always have music on and I love it!

 Curious, reliable, light-hearted, friendly and fun.
