Christianna Koutsouridou - Trainee Costs Draftsperson
Christianna is excited to be taking the first steps in her legal career following the completion of her Masters in Corporate Law from Durham University. She graduated with a law degree from Lancaster University in 2023 and brings with her a passion for helping other people.
Originally from Cyprus, Christianna now lives in Newcastle, where she enjoys the city’s culture and vibrant foodie scene. Outside of work, Christianna enjoys going for walks along the Newcastle Quayside, playing tennis with her brother and is planning to join a local gym soon. She is also a talented artist and loves to relax by drawing or painting landscapes.
What music do you like – any specific genre or artists?
I mostly listen to Greek and Spanish music, Maluma is my favourite artist, but I do like some English pop music – especially Selena Gomez.
What’s your favourite food?
I love pasta and would probably order Spaghetti Bolognese or a Carbonara in a restaurant. I’m also a big fan of Gyros as it reminds me of Cyprus.
What film or boxset would you recommend to others?
My all-time favourite movie is Fast and The Furious, I’ve seen every one and love them all. Boxset wise, it would have to be Prison Break. I was gutted when they stopped making them!
Which smartphone App could you not live without?
It would have to be Apple Music because I always listen when I’m going to and from work and whilst I’m cooking.
Who would you most like to meet and why?
If I had the chance to meet someone, I would love to meet Jason Statham, Henry Cavill or Vin Diesel. They are incredibly talented actors who have brought so many memorable characters to life on screen.
How would you describe yourself in 5 words?
Friendly, energetic, loyal, hard-working and helpful.
If you could go back in time, what advice would you give your younger self?
Stay positive and believe in yourself and things will usually work out for the best.
