Why we’re helping to spread the word about the fun of Futsal

Carter Burnett is pleased to have given our backing to the East Riding Futsal Club as it bids to attract more players to the fun small-sided sport. 

 

Futsal, an exciting and fast-paced football game that originates from South America, is great for teaching the right technique to young footballers. It is played by teams of five with a size 4 ball that has 30 per cent less bounce. 

 

East Riding Futsal Club, which is based at Warner's Club on Pickering Road in Hull, are keen to attract more players once the current Covid-19 restrictions ease. 

 

To help, we have agreed to sponsor a huge 22-metre banner that will go on display at the club's home venue so they can stamp their identity on the playing area. 

 

With various adult and junior teams playing there every week, the banner will be seen by hundreds of players and supporters each year.
