CARTER Burnett is delighted to have appointed seven new team members to improve the comprehensive Costs services we can deliver – and ignite a strategic period of growth.

Four new trainee Costs Lawyers will be taking up roles within our Beverley office over the next few weeks, with a further three also joining our team in Newcastle by the end of March.

After earning a reputation for excellent drafting and negotiating, the new appointments have been made to provide us with long-term support so that we can maintain the high standards our clients expect.

Reflecting on the recruitment drive, Director Lee Carter said: “It’s a very exciting time and we are thrilled to be growing, at what feels like another key stage in our business development.

“However, it is important to stress our whole team will continue to place a massive emphasis on the fast response times and personal touch that we know are important to our clients.

“With a bigger team at our disposal, we can continue to grow organically without becoming over-stretched so we will be able to maintain the quality that our existing clients have come to know and expect.”

Established in 2018, Carter Burnett has enjoyed rapid natural growth, leading to the opening of our Newcastle office in July 2021. With new clients continually approaching us for Costs advice, Managing Director Jon-Paul Burnett hopes the new recruits will add enthusiasm, expertise and enhance our burgeoning reputation.

“These appointments are pivotal to supporting us during our next phase of our strategic growth programme as we move forward and develop the Costs services we can provide,” said Jon-Paul.

“Each of the new starters has a real passion for the law and we’re certain they can help us to keep on delivering great results for the claimant law firms we represent. We're really looking forward to them getting started and settled in. It feels like another exciting period for us.”
