Sponsorship reaffirms commitment to promoting women in legal profession

WE are thrilled to have renewed our sponsorship with the North East regional branch of the Women’s Lawyers Division (WLD) for another year – reinforcing our commitment to supporting and promoting women in the legal profession.
The WLD offers a fantastic array of networking opportunities for women who are practising or researching across any legal field.
For the 2024-25 season, the North East Division will continue to host a diverse range of events designed to foster connections and networking opportunities for legal professionals – from seasoned solicitors and LPC graduates to trainees, paralegals, apprentices and even retirees.

The North East branch, which is part of the national WLD network, is currently led by Clare Thompson, Partner at Hay & Kilner LLP, who serves as Chair, and Lauren Hall, a Clinical Negligence Solicitor at Hay & Kilner, who is the Treasurer and Vice President.
