CARTER Burnett is delighted to have thrown its backing behind Beverley Town as they embark on a historic first season in non-league football.

After playing in the Humber Premier League for over 20 years, the club is now plying its trade in the 10th tier of the non-league pyramid after gaining promotion to Division One of the Northern Counties East League.

To celebrate this fantastic achievement, we are thrilled to have agreed a dual pitch-side and player sponsorship deal.
For the rest of this season, our logo will be displayed on a hoarding at each home match and on the club’s social media channels every time striker Chris Adams (pictured above) scores.

Having previously played in the NCEL during a long stint with Bridlington Town, Adams is a non-league veteran so he should hit the net a few times in the 38-game campaign.

Commenting on the sponsorships, director Lee Carter said: “Football plays a vital role in the local community and, as a business which is based in Beverley, we’re pleased to be able to lend our support.

“It’s the first time Beverley Town have ever played at this level, but the club are doing everything they can to ensure it’s a successful season.

“Hopefully, they can pick up enough wins and points to stay near the top end of the table. I’m sure they’ll also make some wonderful memories along the way.

“I’ll certainly look forward to following their progress as the season goes on and everyone from Carter Burnett would like to wish them well.”

The deal further strengthens our association with grassroots football as we already act as a main shirt sponsor for players from the Beverley Town Moles under-10s, Beverley Town Moles under-12s, who play in the Hull Sunday Football League.

Heaton Hawks under-10s, an FA Charter Standard Community Club based near our Newcastle office, are another club which we support with sponsorship.
