Carter Burnett thrilled to agree player sponsorship with Hull RUFC

CARTER Burnett is delighted to have agreed a player sponsorship deal with Hull RUFC – for our very own Stephen Johnson.
Stephen, an experienced Costs Draftsman, has been on the books at Hull for five years after originally signing from Scunthorpe RUFC.
With a third of the season played, the inside centre’s side are firmly in the hunt for promotion from the National League Two North division.
To fulfil this season’s fixtures, Hull will cover thousands of miles and our sponsorship should go some way towards helping them foot the bill.
In return for our backing, the Carter Burnett logo now appears in every matchday programme which is seen by hundreds of people at Hull RUFC’s home matches.
Stephen, who is something of a fitness and nutrition expert, repaid our backing by hosting a Q&A session with a Beverley Town junior football team, who also proudly wear kits featuring our logo.
Reflecting on the experience, Stephen said: “I know how important playing sport is as a youngster, so I was delighted to be able to talk about the importance of match preparation, how to eat the right food and stay healthy.
“Playing rugby has provided me with many great experiences, on and off the field, so I’m really grateful to receive this sponsorship and ongoing support.
“Hopefully, we can continue to enjoy a good season and have a really good crack at winning promotion.”
